  • Scottish Watercolours Abound

I am so pleased someone else has noticed the work of Sam Austrin-Miner. Paintings and Prints by British Artists writes the following about his work:

    Watercolours by Sam Austrin-Miner
Site description: Scottish Watercolour Landscape Paintings by Sam Austrin-Miner
Editors comment: Beautiful watercolours as they are meant to be, loose, with many washes being allowed to run into one and other, albeit intentional. This style allows nature to almost take over, the artist seems to have nature under control as these washes have settled where they were meant to be. All of Sam's work follows this theme, he picks out a focal point and then works around it being very careful about what to leave out, what to leave out is important, difficult even. I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy a visit to Sam's site, I have.

thats just so nice. if you want to get to his site check out www.scottishwatercolour.com

Let me know what you think.

  • Artist Sam Austrin-Miner

I recently reviewed the work of Watercolourist in Scotland Sam Austrin-Miner. Undoubtably his work is unique in the market at this time. He has a remarkable handle on his unique style. He paints as he says "wild, windy and wet landscapes" which provide the viewer with a special note and mood of the elements that almost produces a spine chilling emotional response which I can only call "nostalgia". His work is sold across Scotland in selected galleries and can be bought directly from him as well as via his very popular limited editions website. for more infor got to his main website at Scottish Watercolour
